Bosch Smart Home Dimmer

The Bosch Smart Home Dimmer controls dimmable LEDs, halogen and incandescent lamps smartly and precisely. It can be controlled flexibly, for example via buttons, individual scenarios and automations or even mobile via app. Selected functions can also be controlled via voice control with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri.
The dimmer lies invisibly in the wall: It is simply installed behind existing buttons or in distribution boxes – with weatherproof installation boxes (IP66) even outdoors. The dimmer also functions as a repeater, which amplifies the radio signal of certain Bosch Smart Home devices. This extends the range of the Bosch Smart Home system and enables devices to be used at greater distances from the controller (e.g. in the basement).
The smart dimmer can be integrated into Apple HomeKit, Amazon and Google Home. This means it can also be combined with compatible devices from other manufacturers.

• Allows the use of conventional buttons in addition to app control. When installed in a distribution box, no button is necessary
• Compact size: 40.5x47x22 mm (HxWxD). Fits into standard flush-mounted (at least 50 mm depth) and surface-mounted boxes ^*
• Warns of overheating and overload. Switches off automatically and informs via app
• With parental control function in the app to lock manual buttons
• Easy installation with step-by-step instructions in the app ^**
• Can only be used in combination with the Bosch Smart Home Controller or Bosch Smart Home Controller II.

^* Additional information:
• When installed in flush-mounted boxes, a depth of at least 50mm is required. For optimal installation, a box depth of 60mm or more is recommended.
• A permanent 230V power supply with conductor and neutral conductor is required to power the dimmer.
^** 230V AC devices must only be installed by authorized specialist personnel.
