These Thunderbolt 4 certified, are available in  0.5m or 0.7m-metres and support full 40Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 speeds and rated for 100W charging/certified 5A@20V.

Sonnet cables handle 100w and 40Gb/s. Be careful, some other brand  Thunderbolt cables only support up to 60W charging and don’t offer the full Thunderbolt speed capability.
